Hi friends and welcome back. Today I’m sharing my art work with you. I started painting about two years ago when I was in the art room at a Middle School here in Italy. I was helping this sweet girl named Khadija who needed help with her Italian because both her parents speak Arabic. We ended up in the art room a lot.

Each of us has an artistic innate talent, like writing, singing, taking pictures, or playing music. What’s yours? Try to guess which one is the oil painting.

  1. I have no idea which one is the oil painting. I’ll take a guess between two and say I “think” it’s either Lisa’s or Gigi’s? Am I even close?

All of them are beautiful. So let me get this right…you are the person who told me you couldn’t paint sugar cookies and would be embarassed to show them online, but you can paint a picture so beautifully? I think you were holding back, girlie. LOL

I’m curious to see which picture is the correct choice.

  2. Hey boredcook, I can’t give away the answer yet. I’m going to wait for about a week. I know you can make it! Is the excitement just killing you? Real emotions. I tell you, what us moms won’t do for a bit of excitement in our lives!

Thanks as always for being the first to comment and leaving encouraging words. I’m loving your recipes and stories and hope to see your site grow this year.

  3. I think it’s Kelli’s or Lisa’s.

  4. OK…I’ll try to be patient.

As for excitement, well, right now I’m sitting with hair color on my hair waiting for the timer to go off so I can go ahead and rinse it out. That’s about all the excitement this mom can handle at 10:30 at night.

  5. Just a note – I wanted to see the thumbnails in more detail, especially the shoe cabinet, but it looks like your photos don’t enlarge? Would’ve been nice to see the art in greater detail.

Why dont you submit these to a magazine or newspaper and become a hardcopy columnist as well.
Joyce Lieberman had a photo on facebook. of an old painting that she did on denim. Really nice. Check it out if you can find her website. Love ya.
